Although inheriting the 2-door coupe form and front section of its base road car, it was actually vastly different. It used a carbon composite monocoque frame with roll cage, a rear 6-liter V12 engine capable of over 600hp, and 6-speed sequential transmission. Its 4-wheel double wishbone suspension featured front and rear pull-rod setups.
